Been messin' around on my laptop.....looking at small C-Class type that I just might be able to drive. Reading blogs...especially one where it is a woman traveling along...or with a small furbaby. Wonder how my 'Boo" would like it???

Oh...yes...and this is my grandson Skyler - ready for his first day of preschool.  I really need to go see my son and his family in Colorado.  I miss them so much!

View from my garden

Well...was testing my cell phone camera and sent this picture to my Blog. I took some other pictures and they really were "a view of my garden". I can see I still need to do some work on my Blog...

I can't seem to get mind around this blog....It's getting late (for me anyway) so I try again tomorrow. It's been a long day.

I think my Blog is evolving (maybe)

Whoops...just deleted my "signature".  Looks like my hopes and dreams for traveling in our 5th wheel are slowly disappearing (unless a miracle occurs).  Something has to be resolves for sure....or I'll go crazy.

I deleted my original "Home Sweet Home on the Road" which may or may not have been a good thing.  In preparation for 1. Going fulltiming and/or 2. Selling our house, I've been downsizing for a couple of years (and this is a good thing).  I'm finding I like things more uncluttered and simpiler (sp?).  Trying to keep the living room just that...simple, uncluttered...so I can go sit in there to unwind.  The family room and kitchen are not bad either.  But to enter several other rooms in our house throws me into a tight ball of discouragement and feelings of being totally overwhelmed.

The reason? Because I cannot do the things I use to be able to do.  I need to go to physical therapy now for my right hip and leg. Will it ever end?  Seems like this old body requires maintenance, maintenance, maintenance!!!  This is NOT what I wanted for my "golden years" that's for sure.

Jesus Love Me

Here is a new version just for us who have white hair or no hair at all. For us over middle age (or even those almost there) and all you others, check out this newest version of Jesus Loves Me.

JESUS LOVES ME

Jesus loves me, this I know,
Though my hair is white as snow
Though my sight is growing dim,
Still He bids me trust in Him.
(CHORUS)
YES, JESUS LOVES ME.. YES, JESUS LOVES ME..
YES, JESUS LOVES ME, FOR THE BIBLE TELLS ME SO.

Though my steps are oh, so slow,
With my hand in His I'll go
On through life, let come what may,
He'll be there to lead the way.
(CHORUS)

When the nights are dark and long,
In my heart He puts a song..
Telling me in words so clear,
"Have no fear, for I am near."
(CHORUS)

When my work on earth is done,
And life's victories have been won.
He will take me home above,
Then I'll understand His love.
(CHORUS)

I love Jesus, does He know?
Have I ever told Him so?
Jesus loves to hear me say,
That I love Him every day.
(CHORUS)

If you think this is neat, please pass it on to your friends. If you do not
pass it on, nothing bad will happen, but you will have missed an opportunity
to "reach out and touch" a friend or a loved one. Smiley Faces

God Bless Us All!!!

Well, here I am...again...  I'm not sure why I'm so hesitant doing this Blog.  I read other blogs and some seem to flow effortlessly. I feel I have a block or something.  What to I have to say? to share? With who? I need to figure this out.  I am a senior, female, disabled, wife, mother, grandmother....and I guess I must be "complicated".

Maybe I'll give it a try...again!

My Dream of RVing

I was so discouraged at one point recently that we were never going be able to take our 5th Wheel out on the road that I deleted my blog dedicated to it. I have prayed that the Lord would guide me and let me know what He would have me do.
Here in our small town a temporary Workampers position for a couple was advertised and I'm so excited! This may be our chance. My husband and I are well qualified...maybe even overqualified...but it certainly would be a good beginning for Workamping for us. It is for five months and the location is quite close to our house so we could actually keep an eye on our property well being in our 5th wheel in the park.
