My husband and I bought this rural property in Ferndale, WA when we retired in 2003. We loved that most of the property was undisturbed trees--the front of the property was cleared enough to build the home. After coming from San Diego, California (Alpine..east of the city of San Diego) we...loved in particular... having so many trees and flowers/plants that we were familiar with from back East. Alpine (in San Diego County) was beautiful, we absolutely love it here now!
